Booking Process
o Send email to studentfares@linksandtours.co.uk providing the following information:
o Destination (London or New York) and travel dates
o A copy of the data page of International passport
o Proof of studentship (e.g. student visa, school ID etc.)
· All requests should be sent to Links and Tours Ltd at least 48 hours before departure; Requests will be actioned during business hours (8.30 am – 4pm, Monday to Friday) only.
· Links and Tours Ltd will advise Fares and Payment details after verifying ID.
· Request for amendments (e.g. date changes, reissues etc.) should be
made at least 48 hours before travel date, and during business hours
(8.30 am – 4pm, Monday to Friday) only.
Terms & Conditions
· Applicable for travel to London or New York only
· Applicable in Economy & Premium Economy only
· Fares are applicable to students/youths aged 12 – 30.
· Children aged 12 – 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
· Accompanying adult’s Ticketed PNR must be provided when booking for children aged 12-15yrs.
