The new changi airport hotel Terminal 1 facility, which features the centrepiece Concorde Bar and opens this week, is part of the airline’s £5 billion investment to improve customer experience.
The hotel which is said to be elegant in
style and creativity and categorized , Access will be available to BA
First and Club World passengers, Executive Gold and Silver members and
Oneworld frequent flyers with Emerald and Sapphire status.
The Concorde Bar is exclusive to first class passengers, who will be provided with an exclusive password to access the area.
It features black Nero marble surfaces
and European oak flooring, while the bar has “digital panoramic views of
the Singapore skyline reflecting the time of the day outside, similar
to a rotating restaurant”.
Features include coat check, baggage
storage, shower rooms, complimentary wifi, two desktop computers and a
wireless printer. There is also a selection of wines and refreshments
available at buffet counters and the bar.
BA’s head of Asia-Pacific sales, Robert
