The airport had previously, since 2010, provided complimentary internet access for up to one hour.
But from the beginning of this month, anybody
travelling through the Dutch hub can connect to the airport’s wifi
network 24/7 and for as long as they want.
To login, users need to select Schiphol Airport_WiFi on their devices.
Originally, you could connect to the Amsterdam Airport wireless
network free of charge an hour, but it seems that the need to be
connected is one that Amsterdam Schiphol recognises.Whilst you could probably expect the WiFi to be a bit slow, it will provide connectivity – which at the end of a long flight, or when you’re about to set off can provide that last useful moment to download some documentation, or send that selfie, tweet or something to show the world that you’re going off on an adventure, or returning safely from one.
